Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Any delays will be communicated when possible.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.
Wise & Well Co is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen after delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Wise & Well Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Orders returned due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund, but we will review each case individually at our discretion.
