Refund Policy

Due to the nature of skincare and personal-care products, we are unable to accept returns.

All Sales Are Final

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund, but we will review each case individually at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once the order has left our facility. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
